The 35th PAMPI Awards Gala will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The look and feel of the event embrace the sophistication and glamour of Oscar Night …“PAMPI” style. This Request for Sponsorship (RFS) includes requests for cash and in-kind sponsorships of the PAMPI Awards Gala. As a sponsor of the Awards Gala programs, you will gain exposure to all the attendees as well as our entire membership base through a variety of sources – announcements, web site listings, email notices and event signage. These are premier opportunities to showcase your products and services to the area’s leading meeting professionals.
Connections Campaign

Our vision and mission as a member-centric organization are focused on building those personal and business connections for you, connecting you to knowledge and ideas, relationships, and marketplaces. It’s about supporting each other, and helping each other to BUY MPI. The Connections Campaign is a celebration of those successful connections! When you share your connection, you will be entered into a monthly drawing for a prize. Each entry will be eligible for a grand prize in June, the end of our chapter year, which will be worth an estimated $500 retail value. You may even see your Connection posted to the PAMPI website or at a meeting. And you will be recognized for being a Connected member by ribbons on your name badge at PAMPI functions.
Volunteer Recognition Awards

Without our chapter volunteers – their time, energy and dedication to making our chapter successful we would not be where we are today. In an ongoing effort to recognize and reward our volunteers PAMPI will be awarding TWO monthly awards to deserving volunteers.
To recognize these volunteers we are relying on our membership at large to nominate those people that have made a difference in our chapter through their volunteer efforts.
Please join us in recognizing outstanding volunteers and look for your opportunity to nominate a deserving member each month or by sending in your recommendations to the PAMPI Office at staff@pampi.org.
